This policy describes when and how refunds are issued for Fragments Beta subscriptions.
Monthly subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge by contacting us at support.fragments@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the request. After 7 days, monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with your annual subscription, you may request a prorated refund within 14 days of your first annual charge. After 14 days, annual subscription charges are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Promo code and tester subscriptions
Subscriptions obtained through a promotional code (tester access) at a discounted or $0 rate are not eligible for monetary refunds.
How to request a refund
Email support.fragments@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Our discretion
We reserve the right to grant or deny refund requests at our discretion in cases of misuse, policy violations, or repeated refund requests.
