Fragments is currently in beta. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions.
The software is provided as-is
Fragments is under active development. The Service is provided in its current form without warranty of stability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice.
Uptime and availability
We do not guarantee continuous availability. The Service may be offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We do not offer a service-level agreement (SLA) during the beta period.
Data and writing
We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but data loss is possible during beta. We strongly recommend keeping external copies of any writing you submit to the Service. Fragments is a tool for working with your writing — it is not a backup system.
AI outputs
The transformations produced by Fragments are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude) and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Outputs are starting points for your own editorial judgment — not finished, authoritative text. Review all AI-generated content before use.
Pricing during beta
Beta pricing ($12/month, $120/year) is early-access pricing. We may adjust pricing after the beta period. Subscribers who join during beta will be notified of any pricing changes before they take effect, and will have the opportunity to cancel before being charged at a new rate.
