You may cancel your Fragments Beta subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.
How to cancel
Cancel your subscription through the billing portal, accessible from your Account page ("Manage billing"). You may also contact us at support.fragments@gmail.com to cancel manually.
What happens after cancellation
Your subscription access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. When your period ends, your account returns to the free tier.
Important: Your submission count is preserved when you cancel. If you have already used your free transforms for the month, your free tier will not provide additional submissions without resubscribing. This is by design — cancellation does not reset or restore a free submission quota.
Resubscribing
You may resubscribe at any time through the Pricing page. Your previous submission history and writing profile data are preserved.
Account deletion
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. To request account deletion, contact us at support.fragments@gmail.com.
